Board of Directors
Members of the public may address the Board on non-agenda items that are within the jurisdiction of the Board. However, no action or discussion may take place on non-agenda items pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3. Members of the public may request that an item within the jurisdiction of the Board be placed on the agenda by submitting a written request at least five (5) days prior to the legally required public posting of the agenda.
Pursuant to AB 3035, effective January 1, 2003, any person who requires a disability related modification or accommodation in order to participate in a public meeting shall make such a request in writing 48 hours prior to this meeting for immediate consideration.
